Flight vouchers
Every time you spend a dollar on the card you will be given 2 cents worth of Jetstar Dollars and these will be automatically redeemed for vouchers for Jetstar flights. As soon as you have accumulated 200 Jetstar Dollars you’ll be sent a $200 flight voucher. These vouchers can be used to book any flight scheduled within six month’s time. You’ll be able to choose any seat that is available as long as you book your travel within three months of receiving the voucher.
Check your email
The jet Star vouchers will be sent out by e-mail automatically. You won’t have to worry about any forms or making any calls. They are sent to you once you are account reaches 200 Jetstar dollars and you have the option of redeeming them earlier in increments of $25 Dollars each.
How to earn your Jetstar dollars
The Jetstar MasterCard will give you 1 cent every time you spend a dollar using the card. If you have a Platinum Jetstar MasterCard you will earn double the money, which is two cents per dollar.
The fastest way to get dollar power is to use your MasterCard for everyday items like groceries, fuel and entertainment. If you spend $8340 per year on your card, for example, you will end up with 2000 Jetstar Dollars.
Booking your flight
When you are ready to book a flight using your flight voucher simply visit jetstar.com to search for flights and then select the one you want. Once you have reached the payment section there will be a tab called “Voucher”. Simply click on this tab and fill in the details. If you don’t have enough money in vouchers you can pay for the rest using your MasterCard or another method of payment. By using your Jetstar Platinum MasterCard to book your trip you’ll avoid paying the fees for booking and service.
